Over the past three years, Transport Topics has honored Trucking's Frontline Heroes. Within those three years, TT reporters have had the privilege of knowing and interviewing some of the industry's greatest, most heroic people.
From drivers to trucking company owners, the discovered heroes have always put themselves after other, disadvantaged people. In 2020, it started with COVID-19 relief and delivering life saving supplies like masks and gloves while nearly everything was shut down.
In 2021, with hurricanes and unpredicted freezing, we found heroes willing to literally drive into the eye of the storm.
In 2022, we met a hero who used his professional skills to organize a great amount of aid for Ukraine and a hero who used his professional connections to organize aid for neighboring states impacted by severe storms.
In 2023, we found a hero who helped his community rebuild in the wake of the Maui wildfire and a hero who organized aid after multiple hurricanes ravaged his state.
This year, well, we can't tell you... take the quiz below to find out what 2024 will be all about while refreshing your memory on past heroic stories.
